VIRIC: We must be disciplined and clinical

13 April 2018

Vladislav Viric talked about tomorrow's opponents Accra Lions FC and the return of midfielder Frank Kwame Oppong during his pre-match interview after this morning's training.

The Serbian spoke to Vision TV at Amrahia just after the team's last training ahead of tomorrow's Division One League Match Day 5 clash as we seek for our second home win in the on-going campaign, against debutants Accra Lions FC who have amassed same points as us.

Viric, who is facing the Lions for the first time in any competition says his lads must be disciplined in all department and more clinical upfront despite the little knowledge about the opponent's style of play.

'We have to be disciplined in every department' he said.

'If you look at the game against Krystal Palace, we conceded an early goal and that ruined us. We equalized but failed to hold on for a longer period'

'We were not disciplined enough and squandered a lot of chances that came our way' 'We don't know much about our opponents, but we have to take our chances to save the day' Viric concluded.

The gaffer was happy with the return of midfielder Frank Kwame Oppong who missed our last game with a knee injury.

'Frank is back and available for selection tomorrow'

'His absence was really felt in last week's game so I'm happy he's back'

Vision FC will face off with Accra Lions FC in their third home game of the season after Uncle 'T' and Young Wise FC on match day 2 and 3 respectively
