MATCH PREVIEW: Vision FC eye first home win in Uncle ‘T’ duel

30 March 2018

Vision FC will be hoping to continue their bright start to life in the 2017/2018 Division One League when they face Uncle ‘T’ United on Saturday in a match-day 2 encounter. Vladislav Viric’s side play host to the Prampram-based club in their first home game and will be looking forward to grabbing their first home win to continue their scintillating performance. The Amrahia-based team had to come from a goal down to share spoils with a rejuvenated Uncle ‘T’ side last season thanks to Frank Kwame Boateng’s second half header.

Uncle ‘T’ will on the other hand, be looking forward to grabbing their first win of the season after drawing one all with Young Wise over the weekend. Considering the attacking nature of Viric’s side, the game promises to be an exciting one with lot of goals following the home team’s 3-1 away victory over Nania on match day one despite the continuous pressure mounted on the Legon outfit.

The away side will rely heavily on defender James Klu Nortey whose power drive earned them a point in last season’s encounter at Amrahia as well as a few other brilliant players to unlock a Wisdom Ameded-led Vision FC defense which has remained resolute so far this campaign. Vision FC will also look up to the pace of wingers Abdul Hamidu Fatawu and Alex Yamoah on the flanks whilst playmaker Abdul-Aziz Nurudeen is expected to provide the arsenals for attacking duo Gideon Ofori Offei and Evans Ababio to finish off.

Vision FC are top of the league log with 3 points after the first round of matches and a win on Saturday will brighten their chances of making a mark in this campaign.
